Brand Ambassador Coach (UK)
Universal Avenue are looking for a Brand Ambassador Coach for our global team of Brand Ambassadors, with unique skills in building and managing a successful team of commission based Brand Ambassadors.
The position is based out of London but requires occasional traveling to our other offices, particularly within Europe.
This is an opportunity to work in one of the fastest growing start-ups, working closely with the management team and making sure that your team of Ambassadors perform according to expectations.

5+ years of successful progressive experience as a field marketer
2+ years of successful experience as a field marketer team lead or manager
Excellent sales knowledge and experience
Fluent English language skills
Results oriented whilst having the ability to think strategically and be a “big picture” thinker
Well organized with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines
Extensive knowledge of online and offline commerce models and Internet/Consumer/Technology
Strong analytical skills
A network of industry contacts
Experience with recruitment
Experience with outbound Sales, direct and/or retail
Experience working at one or multiple start-ups
Experience working and/or living in multiple countries
As an Ambassador Coach you are responsible for the training and development of an appointed team of Ambassadors. You will work in an exciting start-up with a global target group and international team, offering a new service connecting the on- and offline worlds.
Develop and lead a team of Ambassadors, using both offline and online training techniques
Train new and existing Ambassadors, and manage the execution of key productivity metrics
Lead the effort to identify contemporary best practices and associated technologies that will enable maximum productivity from the Ambassador team
