Head of Sales (Germany)
Universal Avenue is currently seeking a Head of Sales Germany, with unique skills in building and managing a successful Sales team.
The position is based out of Germany but requires occasional traveling to our other offices, particularly within Europe.
This is an opportunity to work in one of the fastest growing start-ups in Europe, working closely with the management team and building and managing your Sales team of Brand Ambassador Coaches and Brands Specialists.

5+ years of successful progressive experience as sales professional.
3+ years of successful experience as a sales team lead or manager.
3+ years of fields sales experience (directly or indirectly)
Excellent sales knowledge and experience
Fluent English language skills
Result oriented whilst having the ability to think strategically and be a “big picture” thinker
Well organized with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines
Extensive knowledge of online and offline commerce models and Internet/consumer/ technology
Strong Analytical skills
A network of industry contacts
Experience from Customer Support
Experience from working at one or multiple start-ups
Experience from working and/or living in multiple countries
As the Head of Sales Germany you will build and manage our Sales team of Brand Ambassador Coaches and Brand Specialists. You are responsible for the market’s performance in terms of the Brand Ambassadors’ sales, performance and quality assurance, and you are also responsible for the in-house sales, as well as onboarding of new market specific brands. You will work in an exciting start-up with a global target group and international team, offering a new service connecting the on- and offline worlds.
Maximize Sales and Brand Ambassador performance
Develop and lead a team of sales professionals
Hiring new personnel, training new and existing personnel, and managing the execution of key productivity metrics
Lead the effort to identify contemporary best practices and associated technologies that will enable maximum productivity from the inside sales team
