    Job Description

    Universal Avenue is currently seeking a native English speaking Special Projects Associate with excellent skills in communication and a great spirit of delivering customer satisfaction to secure that our high standards of quality are maintained in the US market.

    The position is based in Chicago, Illinois but may require occasional traveling to our other offices in Europe and North America.

    Role Description

    Your task as a Special Projects Associate at Universal Avenue will include a broad array of responsibilities. Including Quality Assurance of our brand ambassadors, market surveys, recruiting and onboarding, and partnership management. As part of the role as a Special Projects Associate you will:

    • Contact newly acquired Universal Avenue US customers by phone and email, receiving feedback about our Brand Ambassadors to ensure meeting our high standards of quality

    • Onboard and retain Universal Avenue US customers, and when needed help our Brand Ambassadors across the finish line with their individual sales Provide US customers with product/service information and resolve possible issues via email, phone and chat

    • Be part of creating new features and processes within the quality department as we are evolving at a high pace and strive to continuously improve

    • Keep records of US customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents and reports

    • Generate leads and prospects for our US Brand Ambassadors

    • Participate in recruiting and onboarding Brand Ambassadors and Brand Specialists

    • Facilitate partnerships with sales agencies

    Scope: 30-40hrs per week (likely developing into a full-time position)/Full-time

    Salary: Fixed hourly wage/Fixed salary
