Sales Development Representatives (US) - Multiple Positions

    Job Description

    We are looking for multiple Sales Development Representatives to help us generate a large amount of sales opportunities for brand specialists, ambassadors, and other members of the Universal Avenue sales team. You will need a pioneering spirit, can-do attitude and willingness to ‘find a way’.

    Based in Chicago, Illinois but may require some travel to other offices in North America and Europe.

    Role Description

    As a Sales Development Representative you will have a crucial role as a first point of contact estbalishing interest from merchants in our brands. You will lay the foundations required for the success and crucially support our Brand Ambassadors and Brand Specialists. You will spend a lot of time in the field and on the phones introducing some of the world’s most exciting/innovative brands, like Spotify Business, the business product by Soundtrack Your Brand, company backed by Spotify, and Shopify eCommerce to a variety of stores, restaurants, and beauty shops. You will also be responsible for doing detailed needs and customer assessments for SMB businesses to determine which brands could prove helpful for them. You will be the expert, who knows the way to go for finding which businesses best suit our brand portfolio, fostering relationships to setup presentations and meetings, and laying the foundations for growth.

    You will work in an exciting start-up with a global target group and international team, offering a new service connecting the on- and offline worlds.
