You are the VP of Growth at Spotify Business (Soundtrack Your Brand). That’s a really cool job, how did you get to where you are in your career?
Thanks - I really think I have the best job in the world! To make a long story short: I’ve been working with Sales & Business Development at different tech startups in Europe & the US all through my career. I think Sales provides the best career growth path since it encompasses hard work, persistence, a key understanding of business and lots of team work - all things that are necessary to succeed!
As you know, our existing Brand Ambassadors love your product. What should our new Brand Ambassadors think about when selling Spotify Business to venues?
We love working with Universal Avenue and it’s wonderful every time we hear from the Brand Ambassadors that are out there promoting our product every day! Spotify Business is a music streaming service that makes it easy to control and schedule music in a commercial setting. A bunch of helpful and easy-to-use business features, including week-long playlists designed specifically for commercial use, makes Spotify Business a big evolutionary step forward in streamed music. It’s the perfect service for businesses that want to strengthen their brand and improve their customer experience.

Where are you traveling this summer?
Being back in Sweden after 13 years living abroad I am totally mesmerised by the Swedish summers so I try to spend as much time as possible here! But to guarantee some vitamin D aka sun I’ll spend 1 week in Palma, Mallorca with a bunch a friends followed by a couple of weeks on the Swedish west coast (i.e. Best coast) - salty ocean baths are the best!
